Our hand riveters are built to our own registered enterprise standard Q/ZK01-2017. Most suppliers in this category build to nothing you can name — if your quality team wants a document to test against, ask us for it.
What "own tooling" actually buys you
- A change is a conversation, not a project. Different nosepiece thread, harder jaw, longer handle — the people who cut the tooling sit in the same building.
- No second margin. There is no trading house between you and the line, so the ex-works price is the price the factory would charge itself.
- Samples before commitment. 7–10 days, and your QC signs off before bulk starts.
