Most of our orders are not catalogue items. You send a drawing, a sample or a photo with a size on it — we open the mould, stamp or mould the parts, assemble, and put your logo on the tool and the packaging.

What to send: a drawing (PDF / STEP / DWG), a physical sample, or even a photo with one dimension written on it. We come back with a price and a lead time — usually within 48 hours. Private label on the tool, the blister card and the carton.

Capacity and equipment counts as registered in the environmental approval for our production-line upgrade project (Cixi Ecological Environment Bureau, 2024). Phase one completed September 2025, actual investment RMB 5.12 million.

TRADE TERMS

These are the standard terms on our proforma invoices. They do not change per customer and they are not a negotiating position — so you can cost your landed price before you ever talk to us.

PRICE BASIS
FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. Ex-works and CIF quoted on request.
PAYMENT
30% T/T deposit to start the order · balance before the goods are ready for shipment.
DELIVERY TIME
Within 45 days after receipt of deposit. Repeat orders usually run shorter.
PORT OF LOADING
Ningbo or Shanghai — whichever sails first.
PORT OF DESTINATION
At buyer's option.
INSURANCE
Covered by buyer.
SAMPLES
7–10 days. Your QC signs off on the sample before any bulk run starts.
OEM / ODM
Your logo on the tool and on the packaging — e.g. double blister card printed for your brand.
PACKING
Double blister card, colour box or plain carton, to your instruction.
MOQ & BULK PRICE
Quoted per order — it depends on the model, the packing and the quantity, so we do not publish a number that would not hold. Ask and you get a real one in 48 hours.

Nothing here is outsourced and nothing is traded in. Our own presses, our own moulding machines, our own assembly lines — four working floors inside one building in Cixi, Ningbo. This is what you would see if you walked in unannounced.

The floor where every part is born: flat-forming presses, CNC machining, cutting, and the tool shop where our own engineers cut the dies a new part needs.

3FAssembly & Packing LINES · PRINTING · FINISHED GOODS

Rivet guns and staple guns are assembled, printed with your own logo and packed on the same floor. Finished cartons go into the goods area right beside the lines.

30-SECOND WALKTHROUGH

Four floors, no stock footage.

Our own building on an ordinary working day. The presses you can hear are the presses that will run your order.

We are in this factory every day — not in a sales office somewhere else. Message us during your working hours and we will walk the floor live on video, 24 hours a day, any day. Name the machine that makes your part and we will stand next to it while you watch.

We own the plant, we have our own engineers on the floor, and the machines do not stop at six. Pick a date, tell us the hour — a night shift audit is fine. You will walk from the steel coils to the sealed carton.

IF YOU CAN'T FLY IN Video factory audit, live.

We walk the line with the phone: presses, moulding machines, casting, assembly and the QC bench. You watch the machine that will make your part, in real time, and you ask anything you like while we are standing next to it.
